Spring Enrollment Preferences

Please submit your information as soon as possible so that we can schedule the necessary contractors. If you wish to modify your requests for services, simply give us a call or go online at www.siebert-realty.com under your Owner’s account.
Note: The Fall Programs Form will be available later this year.

HVAC Programs
Spring HVAC Check-Up

Pricing: $175 per unit

Pre-season inspection and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Spring/Fall Combo HVAC Check-Up

Pricing: $225 (1st unit / $165 each additional)

Combo HVAC check-up service for Spring and Fall.

Air Filters - Year Round Program

Pricing: $15/visit + $3/filter

Monthly service Nov-Apr; twice a month May-Oct.

Air Filter 6 mo. Program (May-Oct)

Pricing: $15/visit + $3/filter

Twice a month service from May to Oct.

Storm Preparation

*A vendor will secure your grill, outside deck/pool furniture, and trash cans AND will put everything back in order as soon as possible after the storm has passed. This service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Your property will remain on this program until we receive written notification from you to remove it.

Other Programs
Pools/Hot Tubs

Pools and hot tubs are maintained weekly during the advertised pool season – including extended dates.
The 2025 advertised pool season is May 3 – October 10.
Pool will be opened and ready for guest use on May 3, 2025 (or sooner)
During shoulder seasons, Indoor Pools will be subject to an $85 fee for a weekly chemical service when house is vacant.

Disclaimer: If you are not enrolled in a service, you assume responsibility for ensuring that the service is completed on your property.
