*A vendor will secure your grill, outside deck/pool furniture, and trash cans AND will put everything back in order as soon as possible after the storm has passed. This service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Your property will remain on this program until we receive written notification from you to remove it.

Pools and hot tubs are maintained weekly during the advertised pool season – including extended dates.
The 2026 advertised pool season is May 2 – October 9.
Pool will be opened and ready for guest use on May 2, 2026 (or sooner)
During shoulder seasons, Indoor Pools will be subject to an $90 fee for a weekly chemical service when house is vacant.
