Clearer browser tab labels across the app
Small polish so you can tell which Owner App page is in which browser tab.
Improved
- The Sign In screen now shows "Sign In | OwnerApp" in your browser tab, matching every other page.
- The chat page is now labelled "Support Chat" and the messages page "Messages" — previously both showed as "Message", which made them hard to tell apart with multiple tabs open.
- The Service Programs dashboard tab is now labelled "Service Programs Dashboard" to distinguish it from the main Programs page.
Reservations on mobile: calendar view and export are now one tap away
Mobile owners can now switch to a calendar view and export their reservations without needing a laptop.
Added
- New List / Calendar toggle in the mobile reservations toolbar — see arrivals, departures, and stays laid out visually by month.
- The Export dropdown (Print, CSV, PDF) is now accessible on mobile from the same toolbar, matching the desktop experience.
Improved
- The calendar view is now phone-friendly: one month per row on small screens and two per row on larger phones/tablets, so days and guest counts stay readable.
Printed reservations reports now include your unit name
Small polish for owners who print their reservations for records.
Fixed
- The printed Reservations report now includes your unit name and unit number in the header (e.g. “Four Seasons — Unit 12720 — 2027 Reservations”). Previously the header could appear without a unit name if you printed before the reservations list had fully loaded.
Statements refresh: faster viewing, weekly summer settlements labeled correctly
A cleaner Statements page with a built-in PDF viewer, search, and correct labels for weekly summer settlements.
Added
- Redesigned Statements page with a summary hero (total statements, latest month, years covered) and a "View Latest Statement" shortcut.
- Search and year filter chips to quickly find any statement.
- Desktop master–detail layout: statements list on the left, PDF preview built in on the right — no more opening a new tab to skim.
- Dedicated Tax Reports tab for generating the Owner Revenue & Expense Report by year.
Improved
- Weekly summer settlements (Jun–Sep) now display the exact posting date and a Weekly tag, so you can tell them apart at a glance.
- Monthly statements (Oct–May) still show the covered period (e.g. Period Apr 1 – Apr 30).
- Statement PDFs open instantly in-page on desktop; on mobile the reader slides in with a clear loading state.
- The Document Center now links straight into the new Statements experience with quick-action chips for Monthly, Tax Reports, and Download.
Fixed
- Download from the statement viewer now saves the PDF reliably (previously it would sometimes open the file instead of downloading).
- PDF preview now fills the available height on both desktop and mobile — no more cut-off pages.
Reservations v2: clearer refresh status and one-click exports
See when reports are updating in the background, and download your reservations as CSV or PDF.
Added
- New Export menu on the Reservations page with options to Print, Download CSV, or Download PDF.
- PDF export includes a summary header (Reservations, Total Rent, Nights Sold, Occupancy, ADR) and a full reservation table.
- CSV export is Excel-friendly (UTF-8 with BOM) and includes confirmation number, guest, dates, status, rent, booked date, and lead days.
Improved
- A visible "Refreshing data…" banner now appears whenever the report is being regenerated in the background — no more guessing whether numbers are current.
- When a report is still generating, the reservation list shows a clear "Generating report…" spinner instead of an empty "No Reservations Found" message.
Fixed
- Reservation data no longer briefly disappears between background refresh polls.
Rate Negotiations
